Courtyard and garden
You will find a spacious main building, a small gatehouse house “Kuci”, extensive outdoor areas, an enclosed pool area with a well-equipped pool house and sufficient parking spaces. Jasmine, hydrangea, vine, oleander, cypress, nut and medlar trees frame the large courtyard, lavender and rosemary border the terraces and the kitchen garden is fragrant with Mediterranean herbs. The magnificent ruins in the courtyard are something special. Here, the old stables offer cool retreats on hot days or space for romantic evenings under the stars.
Food & Living
The main house has large common areas. A large kitchen and pantry are on the ground floor right next to the dining room for 20 people. In the “Piano Nobile” you will find a spacious, bright living room, the blue fireplace room and the “Master Bedroom” with a small salon and bathroom. 6 bedrooms are spread over 2 floors. A desk in the attic offers peace and quiet for working. The small gatehouse “Kuci” has a living room with a fireplace, kitchenette, a terrace facing the herb garden and a double room with a small bathroom on the first floor.
Sleeping
The main house offers 5 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. And 2 bedrooms with divisible double beds and a bathroom across the hall. Guest beds and children's cots can be requested. In the small gatehouse - "Kuci" there is a double room with a small bathroom.
Good to know
Tourist Taxes & Fees
All prices include tourist taxes, cleaning fees, and cots. Minimum stay is 7 days, with flexible check-in and check-out days. (Small) dogs are allowed for an additional fee of €160. Special arrangements on request.
Small Parties only
We allow events & parties for up to a maximum of 25 people
Cancellation Fees
30% of the booking amount from the booking date up to 31 days before arrival; 70% of the booking amount from 30 to 14 days before arrival; 100% of the booking amount from 13 days before arrival as well as in case of no-show and early departure. Rebooking fee with unchanged length of stay: €50.00
